TEMPORARELY CLOSED!  Sheri’s Store to Door is a locally owned family business. Proudly helping make visitors to our beautiful Smoky Mountains vacations easier and more relaxing since 2014!  You choose all the products you want and we will deliver your order to wherever you are staying. 

We deliver in the Great Smoky Mountains area of East Tennessee, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Townsend, Wears Valley, Pittman Center, Cosby and Douglas Lake .

Our delivery time slots book quickly on weekend, holidays and special events. Order early!

PreArrival Deliveries – $25

$100 minimum – Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Orders received less than 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to a $15 expedite fee.

Weekends usually are fully booked during holidays, summer and fall weekends.

Before ordering contact your rental company and inform them that you will be having your groceries delivered. They usually make a note of this on your reservation. We cannot make deliveries until housekeeping finishes usually around 3:00 pm. Because of this we do not guarantee that your delivery will be completed before 6:00 pm. Deliveries are made on a first ordered basis. 

If you are renting through VRBO or HomeAway or similar companies please contact the owner to obtain permission for us to make the delivery. If they would like more information you can refer them to our Chamber of Commerce listing  We are happy to speak with any homeowner to explain our services and give references.

Scheduled Deliveries– $20 

We deliver your groceries to you when you want them! You can schedule your delivery for as soon as the next day or as far in advanced as you would like to.  We encourage you to do this to ensure that you can have delivery at your desired time. For a scheduled delivery you must order by 10:00 am Eastern time the day before you need your groceries . Orders received less than 24 hours prior to arrival are accommodated if possible and are are subject to a $15 expedite fee. 

How To Place An Order:

Step 1:

Select the items and quantity you want from our extensive product offering (over 15,000 items!).

Step 2:

Proceed to checkout and create an account – this will allow you to access your order at any time.

Step 3:

Include your delivery address, check-in time, and Rental Agency during the checkout process, and your groceries will be fully stocked inside your delivery destination when you arrive.

Step 4:

On the day of delivery you will receive a text confirming your delivery status. 

Step 5:

Arrive to your vacation destination to a stocked kitchen.

What happens if something is out of stock?

Due to increased demand and manufacturer allocations due to Covid 19, some items are not available at this time. Product manufactures are continuously discontinuing and adding new products.  We do our best by updating our website daily! Our professional shoppers will do their best to substitute a similar item, however due to the current high demand of our Prearrival Delivery Service we are unable to notify you of each substitution selection as they are shopped for. Thank you for your business and we apologize for the inconvenience.

What are your delivery hours?

We schedule our deliveries between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM 7 days a week. 

What form of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal the safest, easiest way to pay. They accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.

How to pay with PayPal?

Simply choose PayPal when you select a payment option. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can quickly open one through your credit card or debit card and confirm your payment.

There is an option to tip your delivery driver on the checkout page. This is optional and at your discretion.

Can I Cancel My Order and Get a Refund?

We are sorry but once your order has been processed there is no refunds. 

Where do your groceries come from?
We currently shop at a number of grocery stores in the area. Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Food City and other Specialty stores, based on your order. Our goal is to offer you a large selection of groceries. From customer service and prices to grocery quality and selection, the grocery stores we shop must offer our customers a great selection.

Do You Deliver Alcohol?

Please email us to inquire about delivery of alcohol. The laws in Tennessee are changing on delivery of these products. Currently we can not deliver these items but we may be able to do so in the near future!
